Наш путь начинается в долине Молизе. Говорят, там есть тихое место, которое служит убежищем для уставших странников. Оно наполнено величием прошедших столетий. Оно способно без слов поведать свою долгую историю. Оно внушает трепет своей мощью. Имя этого места - замок Роккамондольфи. Представьте чужеродную конструкцию, которая органично соединяется со строением из прошлой эпохи. Сплетение старого и нового, скрытого и явного, неприступного и открытого. Длинный и узкий утес здания нависает над долиной, но не смеет спуститься в нее. Все помещения, расположенные внутри, обращены наружу, к природе. Находясь в комнате, сквозь дерево и стекло стен, ощущается бесконечность пространства над, под и вокруг вас.
Our journey begins in the valley of Molise. It is said that there is a quiet place, which serves as a shelter for tired pilgrims. It is filled with the grandeur of the past centuries. It can tell its long history without words. It inspires awe with its power. The name of this place is the castle Roссamondolfi. Imagine an alien construction that is organically connected with the structure of the previous era. Plexus of old and new, hidden and visible, unapproachable and open. Long and narrow cliff of the building overhangs above the valley, but does not dare to descend into it. All rooms which are located inside, turned out to natu-re. Being in the room, through the wood and glass of walls, there is feeling of infinity of space above, below, and around you.

The fortress crowns a picturesque landscape and inspires. The name of this place is the Castle of Roccamondolfi.

Castle accommodation: the structure is designed for lovers of trekking, deluxe rooms, newlyweds, students.
The castle stands above a steep hill, towering over a cliff, forests and sunsets it has the potential to worldwide fame.
Save trees: demolition of existing structures and the removal of trees is not allowed.
Accordance : harmonious picture with the surrounding architectural objects and landscapes.

На верхнем уровне расположен вход, общественная зона тяготиться к верху. Спальные комнаты располагаются внизу у деревьев.
On the top level are located the entrance and public space. Bedrooms are below, by the trees.

Building’s width is 4 m. The length varies from the Mountain ledge.

It is important to rely on tradition. Wood shutters are an energy efficient solution in a hot Italian climate.

All inner rooms are turned out to nature. Being in the room, through the wood and glass, you feel the space above, below, and around.
